wanted 9 mm or 11 mm eye piece

Hi I'm looking for a 9 mm or an 11 mm eye piece for planetary visual work ...something that won't break the bank....televue plossl or celestron x -cel lx ? Or open to suggestions

Ahh, sorry.

You won't go wrong with a Tele Vue, also, like you mention the X-cels are good. You may also want to consider a William Optics, FLO do a 9mm 1.25" WO Ep for £59.

The BST Explorer's are worth a look (sorry  :facepalm: ).


 


I had some, and although I have changed to different eyepieces, I would recommend them. I don't think you can get a better eyepiece for the money, very good value. After this you are looking at the Baader Hyperions and Celestron X-cel's.
