The seeing in west bridgford an hour ago was ok, but it's getting worse. my on going attempts at imaging Jupiter are being foiled again :(


 


ah well, always another night.

Still pretty clear out there - few whispy clouds in the upper atmosphere. If I hadn't knackered my back on Sat night I'd have the dob out right now - dead frosty though lol. :)

We had good view of Jupiter at Nuncargate (Kirkby in Ashfield) on 19th, saw the atmosphere even in the low powered eyepiece and its (or is it her) moons.

I have been following sunspots mostly with binoculars as there's too much cloud to consider photography.
