What to do...?

Having taken on board all the EP recommendations, I've been enjoying using the Hyperion zoom that Santa bought me. Aside from a slight loss of clarity at around 10-8 mm, its a HUGE improvement over the Celestron kit - will probably only continue to use the 32mm from that set.

So, what's next (as I seem to have some Christmas credit left)? Should I be looking at replacing the standard diagonal with a better one? Would it make a noticeable difference? Any recommendations?

I recently brought altair Astros new Die-electric star diagonal (purchased at Kelling heath for £40, but £50 normally) for my frac, very pleased with it. your welcome to try it out next time at a dark site.

I recently bought a Williams optics 1/15 lambda diagonal, and compared to the standard one that came with my big frac it is miles better. Images are much brighter and with more detail. Also as its 2" and not plastic it holds my EP's much more securely.

And it looks lovely :)

Just to give a balanced view on it I went with the Celestron XLT 2" diagonal after asking a similar question and it is a great upgrade
