The twin Tak dual rig shared with Tom O'Donoghue took a couple of nights to collect 18 hours on the Integrated Flux, or High Galactic Cyrrus, around M81/82. Captured with our guest Scott. Luminance had 18x30 minutes and the colours had 20x10 minutes each.

The two main galaxies were enhanced with large scope data (14 inch ODK) belonging to Yves Van den Broek.

While I can't guarantee that the brown colour is correct (most IFN images are neutral in colour) this recent Mount Lemmon image by Adam Block is clearly dusty brown. http://skycenter.arizona.edu/gallery/Galaxies/NGC7497

Excellent image Olly. The amount of detail is truly stunning not just in the amount of 'dusty' stuff out there but the other included objects too :)
