That second one is a lot better Sheila.

Awesome stuff for a first light considering the conditions.

I am expecting great things from you now you have it up and running.

No pressure then.

Very nice, the image with bias frames is much better, more detailed etc.

Fantastic shots Sheila. Second one with bias is more contrasty for sure. Really nice considering bad conditions. Look forward to seeing what this setup produces when conditions are optimal :)

Looking good Sheila, bias frames give it more contrast that's for sure. Just see what a dark site sky will look like!!  :)

Nice pair of images Sheila - any particular reason for not guiding these. They're very good unguided anyway

generally with the 106 i never guide with the GM mount, it is good enough not to bother.  With the 1.5 m FL extended 130, PA needs to be

very good.  I have never done a guided images so tend to stick with unguided.  It does not matter if it clouds over and

you dont have problems with losing guide stars etc.  Can achieve 15 min unguided for the 106 even managed a 30 minute one!

I fear this will not be possible with the 130, so i may have to learn to guide for longer exposures or get my PA better

I tell ya if I had a GM mount I would not bother guiding either. GM mounts are the dogs proverbials :)
