From the rear shoulder of the flatener/reducer to the chip you need 51-56mm Rob - I believe there's a little tolerance inbuilt but you can experiment for the best results. The Titan has a 13mm back focus from the edge of the T-ring so you'll want to make up 38-43mm in between.

Are you using a filter wheel? What are the dimensions? (ie distance from front to back) - you'll need to subtract that as well.

E.g. if you're aiming for 55mm then it's: 55mm - 13mm - filter wheel mm = spacer mm.

The camera goes straight on the back of the filter wheel, then the spacer between the filter wheel and flatener/reducer.

Hth :)
