Perkil8r Posted May 18, 2014 Share Posted May 18, 2014 I see that in almost all the "best" NB images the sub exposure lengths in the various channels is different. Is there a way to work out what sub lengths are best or is it simply trial and error and dependent upon the target? To clarify, I am talking the difference in lengths of exposure for the different wavelengths on the same target, not different lengths on different targets at the same wavelength.
