Images have been captured in Ha and OIII only with these blended to form a synthetic green channel. 1st image is an RGB channel combination with Ha(red), Syn Green(Green) and OIII(blue) 2nd is the same but the Ha channel was cloned and added as a luminance layer aka LRGB...
