stash Posted December 19, 2014 Share Posted December 19, 2014 Use to go to "Goose dale" near Bestwood Nottm and watch the "models" flying there -some were on the same scale as the above but seemed to use Lawn strimmer petrol engines not jet engines. I believe over a certain size they had to have special NATS license. Still like the noise of the V1 rocket engine powered models flown at Cranwell/Barkstone BMFA show.
