Orion central

Recommended Posts

The final play with the nifty fifty on the 1000d from the other night. Again at F4 which controls the stars a little better than 3.2

Orion was in quite a lot of murk which gave massive gradients on the image so there are a lot of artefacts from gradient removal in this but its OK for an un calibrated quick tester, I intend to give this area more attention with this set up, say at least 2 hours, if we get a decent enough night again that is.

There's the M42 complex, Flame and Horsehead, M78 and even a bit of the Loop in there, not bad for 20 minutes at 800 iso.
