Venus-Mars conjunction

Tweedledee

This should be worth looking out for at dusk on the 21st Feb. The planets should be less that half a degree apart...

The close conjunction of Venus and Mars with the moon, shown on the above site for the 20th, will not be visible from the UK, assuming I have Stellarium set up correctly. The moon will catch up with the planets after they have set.

I'll be there if it's clear.

Remember last time on the field, just got the 6" Bresser set up for Panstarrs and snow came down in a blizzard! :)
