Help!!!!!!!!!!

I recorded the solar eclipse in white light whilst streaming in Ha yesterday. I am now stuck with just shy of 250Gb of video file I want to strip down to a time lapse of say 2 or 3 mins. I am okay with getting a few images from it but I want to do a video time lapse from it as well.

Any ideas how I reject all but say 1 in 50 frames?

Hi Mike

I had a program on the old pc that let you select the number of frames from an AVI .

As in you can select to use every 10th frame 20th frame ect ect.

It would then take your selection and put those frames into a new AVI or time lapse .

I will see if I can dig it out again for you.

Not a problem Mike.

Search AVI splitter.

Several free software programs out there.

They allow you to split it into several individual AVI's

Then run each one through Handy AVI then put them together again in Handy
