Dark Site Membership Renewals and Cancellations
The following terms and conditions govern how we will process renewals and cancellations of dark site memberships (a "Subscription").
Unless you purchased a single year membership that expires, your Subscription will automatically renew for the same Subscription period each year. Upon renewal, we will charge the current Subscription price using the same card or other payment method that you previously used.
You agree that your Subscription will begin as soon as we send you the email confirming your Subscription. You will not have the right to cancel the Subscription within the active Subscription period, except within the first 14 days of the first Subscription period. If you wish to cancel your Subscription within the first 14 days, you will need to contact a member of staff within the first 14 days.

Cancelling a Dark Site Membership
To cancel your Subscription you will then need to log in to your account using your email address and the password you created when you signed up to our website.
Once logged in, under the user menu, found in the top right corner of the website, beneath the header, click “Manage Subscriptions”. You will be able to cancel your Subscription on the next page.
The cancellation will be effective from your next due payment date.
If you used PayPal to pay for your Subscription, you will be responsible for ensuring any recurring and/or automatic payments are cancelled.
