Has anyone got one they are not using, I need the base as well, and it must be in excellent condition.

Thanks

I sold mine to Steve Ibbo last year Mick and have kind of regretted it.

Ask him if he'll sell you it

Especially as i recently broke the flimsy plastic mounting plate on my current Skysurfer 3.

Still have the Telrad option though.

You may struggle to find one at present, if you can't get a used one.

FLO list them as unavailable.

Teleskop Service (my current preferred dealer who are German) have them backordered, and to contact them.

Flo's price is £89, TS around a tenner less with the weak €

Every dealer I have checked doesn't have them in stock, I've tried at least six.

It might be chunky but they are really well made.

I'm sure Steve when he reads this will let me know.

I'm sure TS in Germany is your quickest option for buying new.

Don't think they'll be long coming back into stock ; German efficiency etc

I may well order one myself......

The version three is a completely different from the V version, it's plastic and easily broken.

Thanks for looking though.

Yep that is the one Ron.

They have an excellent reputation.

What don't you like about it.

It's a pain to adjust, you have to remove the plastic tops then use a screwdriver to adjust it, having said that,  when it's adjusted it stays there!

I have put some solar foil in the plastic lens at the front (just placed, not glued) so I can use it with the ED80 for Solar viewing.

I don't use it enough to change anything, If I remember I'll bring it over on Saturday for you to look at, maybe make me an offer?

Hope the weather picks up for next weekend!!
