Infrared Modded camera first test

Just got my Canon 600D back after sending it away for a full spectrum modification (by Juan at Cheap Astrophotography).

My interest lies in the Infrared side until I can get back to Astro in the autumn. Looking forward to finding some good subjects for IR images as I don't think I will manage to get out much in the summer for astrophotography. So this will be a new project for the summer months until the nights draw in and another type of photography to learn in the meantime.

Not the most interesting photo but it was just a test and my first go, looking forward to getting out and about and finding some good scenery.

Thanks for looking and if anyone would like to share any tips on processing/settings please feel free. All help/comments welcome :)

Very nice that Vicky,

More interesting than you think maybe... Love the clouds/dark sky and the way that contrasts with light coloured leaves...

What do the colours represent in the image?

Is that a bird's nest in the centre of the tree ?  The dark shape.

Yes I think Crows nest there.

Swapping the red and blue channels around seems a popular method.
