philjay Posted November 12, 2015 Share Posted November 12, 2015 A sunny morning had me setting up the Lunt on my HEQ5 at the top of the garden to grab as much as I could before the clouds rolled in. Cant get sun at this time of year from my observatory due to pesky trees. Conditions were boiling but I managed to get a shot of the large circular filament that's on there at the moment. Image inverted to bring out the filament detail Here it is in normal H alpha light.
