Wondered whether anyone had come across this film? Made by Tom Lowe (Astronomy photographer of the year 2010). Similar non-narrative "concept" to Baraka and Koyaanisqatsi. Trailers look pretty good. http://timescapes.org/trailers/default.aspx

I remember Koyaanisquatsi the first time around in about 1982 and enjoyed that. Bought the DVD a couple of years ago to see it again.

There always seems to be a lot of dead trees ? 

America has some great dark sites, not to mention great landscapes!

time lapses make the Milky Way an amazing sight!
