Must be great to see that visually! Did you see just two blobs or anything more?

I like that Steve, not a usual suspect.

Apparently it's mag 14, so if that's total surface brightness it's going to be a tricky one to get visually. Then on the other hand if it's fairly small it may well be fairly concentrated and stand out well like M57 does.

 

This might be a clue to how difficult it is.

Yes I do mean 30 mins subs and I forot to ay binned 2x2 (well most of then 14)

 

 

the only time I remember seeing it was at an early equinox start party held at Dower house through a 18 or 20 " dob

I won't bother trying for a 5 minute jpeg of it from iTelescope then :D
