Perkil8r Posted February 18, 2016 Share Posted February 18, 2016 It's a Meade lx200r 16" mounted on a 30ft tall pier in the observatory at work. I asked Steve to pop over and give me some help drift aligning it. Not an easy task at over 4m focal length! Now over 2mins it is within a couple of pixels. I worked out the resolution of the full size mosaic and each pixel equates to just over 500m. The seeing was poor and collimation could be improved a touch yet!
