Doc Posted May 1, 2016 Share Posted May 1, 2016 (edited) It is strange as I never normally have a problem with links but these ones defo don't work on chrome and FF. I'll try IE. Though I can't get it again He tells me that he downloaded and installed a browser extension that uses a proxy server and virtual private network that tricks the internet into thinking we're in a different country, and it worked fine!! My son is a very good lateral thinker, and just seems to approach these things from a totally different angle and just sorts it out. Whenever I have a problem with Virgin Media, broadband or TV, he has a bet with me that he can fix it before I even manage to get them to answer the phone.
