They are inflatable, 215mm diameter x 55mm wide with bearings for a 15mm axle. They are new and unused, but just to cover my back, I point out the writing on the side of the tyre - "NOT FOR HIGHWAY USE". I am helping an Astro buddy build a dobsonian trolley, the wheels we have are solid and continually create Collimation problems... An air filled tyre would really help... cheers!
