Ok so its a bit dark and the processing uneven (well capture really)

Very roughly judging the scale, I can see that some of these features, although roughly maintaining their initial shape, can actually change shape by possibly a thousand miles or more in just several hours, irrespective of the movement due to rotation of the sun or field rotation.

That's a fascinating piece of work Steve ?

It shows the Suns very dynamic behaviour, it's certainly a different perspective from a still image!

A lot of the movement is sintilation caused by our atmosphere, but if you look at the filaments you can see quite a bit going on
