Thanks, Graham. I'm not sure how big it is but I would guess around 3 to 4 pounds. You would need a large plate and huge appetite. I used to fly-fish for trout as well as fish for coarse fish. I was a greedy bloke and could eat trout up to a pound and a half. I once caught a trout that fed 6 people. Most restaurants serve trout that are 8-10 ozs.
