Hi Folks

This galaxy is bit of a toughy, faint & still needs a lot of time on it. Details Below:

Scope: Skywatcher ED80 DS Pro w/ Reducer f/6.37

Mount: Celestron CG5 GT

Camera: Atik 314L+ Mono

Exposure: 18x10min L, 12x10min R, 10x10min G, 13x10min B, 7x10min Ha, Binned 1x1

Stacked in DSS & channel alignment in Registar. Flats & Bias applied.

I have disagree about it needing more work Nadeem-that is an awesome picture! If I ever get to within even an inch of being as close to getting the kind if images that you get I will be ecstatic! however I have not yet been doing this long and have not started down the path to the dark side......yet ;)

Fab detail in that shot and great colour. I love the arms of the galaxy. Your pics inspire me to learn more about astronomy an progress they really do. Great stuff.
