Star Trails nea the Pole

Thanks for the comments about my star trails last month. I've decided to experiment with more of them. I took some near the pole but at 180mm focal length. I noticed that the stars near Polaris did not trail and I caught the Engagement Ring asterism.

Thanks, Pete. As  have limited equipment, I try things that are a bit different.

With your wide field imaging equipment, you ought to try a few more asterisms Phil.

Your image above is out of the ordinary and very interesting to me, and I'm sure to others. There are lots of asterisms, tight knit star groups and star chains that few people bother with, but would look good in that field of view. I search them out in binoculars.
