Guest Gethsemane Posted March 30, 2012 Share Posted March 30, 2012 Hi I am new to telescopes etc and bought the Skywatcher 127 mak auto model, the only thing is i can`t get the auto tracking to work at all all the controls work when not in tracking mode so I can align everything ok but when I engage tracking absolutely no movement happens. Daz Type-R Posted March 30, 2012 Share Posted March 30, 2012 Totally agree with what Kim has said, but if you want to check, focus your scope on a tv ariel or mast etc during the day (be carefully of the sun) give it 20 minutes, then check to see if the thing you focused on before has gone.
