Just spent the last 5 minutes or so, doing loads of Google searches, and it all seems to be a bit of a mystery. The thing called Mayak (translation to English = Beacon) was launched on 14-15th July, but nobody (that I can find) has seen it yet, even heavens Above have a search page for it but is blank.
