IDAS Meeting: Tuesday March 13th 2018 (The Hayloft, Erewash Museum)

Afternoon All, 

 

This month’s meeting takes place at our traditional location of The Hayloft, Erewash Museum, High Street, Ilkeston, Derbyshire, DE7 5JA.  The Hayloft doors will be open at 7pm, and the evening will start at around 7:30pm.

This month Mark Thomas will return to give us an update to his  talk entitled “Time Travel for Amateur Astronomers”.  He’ll discuss the basic techniques behind time-lapse photography, and how to produce astronomical related movies.  His original talk was given at our 30th Anniversary Convention, which was way back in May 2011!  A lot has happened since then.  Hope some of you can come along – should be an enjoyable night.
