We have just had a request for us to make a video showing the method how we attach a boss to a shaft on one of our machines. The factory over there are having great difficulty in performing this task. Method is this. Fit boss over shaft. Line up the hole in the boss with the hole in the shaft. Take one rolled steel pin and knock it in with a hammer so it goes through the boss and the shaft. I mean Really?????????? ?
