Pasque Flowers

Doc

Recommended Posts

Went to Barnack Hills and Hollows today, it's near Stamford and is only one out of 20 places in Britain that the Pasque Flower grows. They are pretty small I would estimate 4 inches in height.

It was pretty windy today so struggled keeping the flowers sharp. Not many butterflies around still but still enjoyed the walk.

One of my old haunts when I lived in P'boro! I remember going there for butterflies and birds but did see the Pasque flowers and Harebells? !!

Great photo's as usual Mick!

Cheers
