Took me a couple of days in between jobs at work but this is the resulting monster. This is being fitted to one mother of a Solar scope. Machined from a solid billet of Aluminium. Front Access to fit the ERF filter is by removing the 6 countersunk screws and splitting the holder in half. Back. The groove is to allow the OTA to locate inside the holder. It is retained in position by 6 grub screws. Just to give you an idea of its size.
