I have just recently attempted to take a pic of the moon with my Nikon d5600 with a 500 mm lens we had some clouds and it was super bright 83adDrm.jpg

 

Any tips I can use Im and in Ohio USA

I think you are slightly out of focus there, unless its my 51 yr old eyes !!

yes it out of focus it was freezing cold and I shot that through light cloud cover
