oldfruit Posted June 4, 2012 Share Posted June 4, 2012 (edited) I am trying to optimise the settings of my set up ready for wednesday morning, (weather permitting). Taken today with my refractor and Canon 1000d and 2x barlow. The image has been processed in Adobe Photoshop elements as well as introducing the coulouring at the same time. Cleaned the Canon sensor (ever so gently) as there are one or two speks of dust. The Sun certainly has a lot going on at the moment with some nice Sunspot groupings and some visible lighter areas nearer to the edge of the disc.
