Venus and Hubble transit

Recommended Posts

Don't forget to check out the link near the end of the story, and see the ISS transiting the sun during a partial eclipse. Certainly adds some extra interest to photo's, and this guy planned it all beforehand to find the exact spot to capture from.

Whether planned or unplanned it is nice to see such images, and to know they actually happened, not photoshopped. Love to see images of satellites passing through nebulae or Perkil8r's aeroplane across the moon.

I know from experience, that satellites often pass through the field of view while visually observing, but if you blink, you've missed it ;)

That guy always produces something out of the bag, superb shot.

Thanks for sharing Pete.
