Hi guys, Just a little post saying hello. Doesent all seem to go quiet this time of year, I suppose with the nights now at their shortest its hard to get to much observing done. Anyway we have past the longest day now so things will improve and I'm still looking forward to meeting you guys at our first starparty. Sorry I'm not online as much but working in the holiday industry things are busy busy busy!!!

Glad you're ok Dave, Butlins summer now so make the most of this glorious weather, not! The Belper meet next month is the day before ours, so if it's good weather

I might be greedy and do both!! Got a new goto mount I want to try out at the next meet too.

Take care

Ron

Cool. I've got the big bins coming in august for my birthday. We are getting a good collection of equipment at the elac nights.

It does go quiet in the summer - and getting out at night and holding a job down is a huge effort. That's why I got a solar scope this year just so I can get a fix now and then to keep the spirits up over the long days of light. Soon be winter though when night time things will start to pick up :)

Good to see ELAC doing so well too :)
