UV/IR filter

Having just upgraded, I found it impossible to introduce the Baader 2" filter ANYWHERE in the light path.

Surely the filters aren't designed to carry load (it could have gone between reducer and camera but it didn't appear all that solid - camera side threads only allowed a couple of turns). The Starwave reducer on my 80 allows a filter to be internally mounted scope side, albeit I had to use a spacer as well to reach down to the threads.

So **deep breath** another outlay of cash :( It's never ending!

The Astronomik CLS CCD clip in arrives Tuesday. A lot of money I have to say!

Regards.
