I wouldn't normally post "cause" stuff (I think I have done it once before!) but the government have really crossed a line now. The sheer stupidity and barbarism of this action just defies logic when there is a perfectly effective vaccine available.

Agree with you Craig, there's no proof they spread TB and enough of them get killed every night on the roads!!

The thing is, I would support spending money on vaccines even in the absence of evidence. But this? No, it's neither ethical nor humane.

Thanks for the link Craig have sent an email off the missus is going to do the same. Im sure this will have no effect on the decision but one has to mute your objections to what is a barbairic act and a total waste of time and money on something that will not be effective in the slightest.

Sent off and also shared on Facebook. If anyone else is on facebook the share button is at the bottom of the page where the e mail is. Much greater coverage for them, also twitter etc but I'm not on those.

I sent one too, I regularly see badgers and I've never heard of bovine tb in the herd on the fields in our area.

I've sent one to, I'm a 1000% against any type of cruelty to animals, this sort of thing really gets my blood boiling.

I have sent and have shared on Facebook and twitter. Couple of my followers have retweeted it too. I agree doc, this type of thing really grinds my gears also
