Similar type stars Steve, The differences get a lot clearer when you zoom into the graphs in the software.

Mirach is a red giant Ron, if you look at the spectrum most of it is in the red end.

It is a fascinating thing to do.

Like all new astro stuff it is going to be a very steep learning curve.
