Thanks Graham. Just realised that should have said 30 scecond exposures, not 15. Need to get more light next time!

Great shot! I think we have a tendency to use 300 to 400mm focal length for M45 but I like to try wider field shots of popular DSOs too.

 

However, this is a great example.
