I checked it out and so far have found 2,560,000 files taking up 21.5 Gb of storage. The files went back to Jan 2019 when I did an Ascom update. Anyway bit by bit I am deleting them to make space on the HDD, I know PHD has log files and I regularly delete them but it's worth checking your /Documents/Ascom/logs !!! red dwalf and Russ Pollard 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

+Graham Posted April 18, 2021 Share Posted April 18, 2021 (edited) None at all Clive. Did not realize anyone else needed to know. What are you connecting through Ascom. I am guessing it is your camera. If you have it connecting automatically you will have to stop it connecting. Once you get to the stage where you have to manually select it there will be a check box for creating log files. Un check this box and your problem is solved. You can then choose to select automatically again once you have turned off the log files. Another way to check is open ASCOM diagnostics in your start menu -- click on the trace tab and make sure everything is unchecked.
