AstroBin is one of the few sites dedicated to astrophotography images.

 

When viewing the image click on "View" followed by "Full Size":

Right click the image and copy the image link (the wording in the menu will vary by browser):

Paste the link you copied into the editor on EMS and it'll be automatically added as an image:
