If so there should be an M5 cap head screw in from the top of the saddle that holds it on, it should be in a slot, loosten it off and adjust up, then tighten. Brantuk Posted August 9, 2012 Share Posted August 9, 2012 Yup - the rectangular bit needs to be tightened so it doesn't move and keeps the cogs engaged - if it's been over tightened before then it may have stripped threads which would need re-tapping and fresh bolts.
