Guest peter shah Posted August 11, 2012 Share Posted August 11, 2012 (edited) Nothing special but this shot represents a massive leap forward for me.....its a completed test shot with all the new kit, including my new, (what i have knick named my Frankenstein's Mountster), the Gemini G41 with the Losmandy Gemini computer....i really wasnt sure i was going to be able to get it working properly.....and i blew a diode in the camera so that had to go for repair too......any way its all worked out and i havent had to spend a penny, its all paid for it self which is very uinusual in this game. :th: Ive also fitted a new FLI Focuser, the whole kit is very stable. Even more unusual i fitted the mount and scope yesterday and it was clear....things really were going my way!!! This shot of the bubble is 3x900s in Ha and 10mins in red 9mins in blue and 7mins in green, no flats or darks.....conditions were quite hazy and processing quite crude. thanks for looking.
