Solid fog like a Twilight Zone episode today so heres what our star looked like (In Hydrogen Alpha anyway... of course the Sun like us has many facets). I hope you like. Had a PST e but this SV50 is just another world entirely, Really enjoying using, to say nothing of the fact that passers-by at the top of my drive where I could see the Sun thought I was a speed trap...! Ah, now Yesterday, it was glorious! And as I say amusing too as people thought I was a speed camera/trap! Solid fog today though. I'm up in Lincolnshire near Spalding. Hello Steve, nothing especially super, an Altair colour GPCam. I keep toying with the idea of upgrading but what with this and my Canon 70d (for deepsky and whatnot) I have pretty much all the bases covered to my satisfaction. I could go out and get other stuff but I'm not just an imager, more a generalised astronomer (hence it was annoying me that I used to do some Solar and wanted to get it back in my 'portfolio' as it were) so like to keep my options open.
