A trip to Wollaton

Great pictures Dave. When I scrolled down to the parrot it actually made me sit up in surprise, that was certainly not something I expected to see 🙂

Wollaton Hall is my neck of the woods and it is very impressive with wonderful views across the lake. It does get busy though.  Love the pictures, you could easily forget you’re so close to the city.

Nice set Dave. That Macaw is fabulous, I'll bet he's a handful though. Apparently Ringneck Parakeets are now colonising Wollaton somewhere near the lake.

A great place for a walk Dave. As you say there are quite a few quiet places to wander away from the crowd. Did you see the parakeets the last time I was there I saw 7.
