Guest NadeemShah Posted August 31, 2012 Share Posted August 31, 2012 Hi This is more of a reality check, then anything else, I took this shot of the double cluster with an Un-Modded Canon 600D Camera & tell you the truth it left me Gobsmacked ! It left me gobsmacked as it has very low noise. Even lower then my 1100D, I must make it clear here: All the noise level reduction options were turned off on the camera. No Darks, Bias, Flats or/and calibration files were used. No Noise reduction tools in post processing was used. Just taken with a Un-Modded Canon 600D @ ISO800 30x 3mins Subs under a Moon lit sky, using a IDAS V4 LPR Filter, on back of a Celestron C80ED @f/6.37 Instead of posting an image, you can download the full 18 mega pixel frame here : http://www.mediafire.com/view/?hfr2g5tv1gosd33 cheers Nadeem.
