First attempt at M13

Last night was far from ideal, there was a lot of thin high cloud about and the moon was nice and bright (if you like that kind of thing!) so imaging was a challenge. I tried this for the first time as my 2nd target of the night.

The resulting image is a bit of a let down if I'm honest. It's 70 subs at 800 Iso, 30 sec exposures, darks, flats, stacked in DSS and processed in Ps5cs extended. To be honest I've not really seen many images so don't have a clue if this is the right colour or not. Hopefully I will re-visit on a clear night.

Edit to add..... 200P on EQ5 with 350d modded and LP filter.
