Back on the planets but with the Mak this time.

Had another go at Saturn and Jupiter again tonight.

 

This time I decided to use the 150 Mak.

120 MC

2,5 X Barlow

ADC.

 

Captured in Fire Cap.

Processed in Astro Surface.

 

First up was Saturn.

It took a while for the seeing to calm down and the high cloud to dissipate but I managed to get this.

 

 

Next up was Jupiter.

Unfortunately the cloud was back which kind of spoilt things a bit.

Still considering the conditions I will take this one.

It was a shame the clouds came back so Jupiter was never at a decent altitude.

Still never mind there is always next time.

Yes I noticed my subs in deepskystacker were better for the first hour then quality dropped in the last half hour of subs assuming high cloud .

They've come out pretty good Graham. Can never have too many images of Saturn 🙂
