I jest, actually quite pleased with it. Animation to follow, just annoyed I didn't catch the whole thing as ran out of memory and clouds came in (got most though). Still, if you look top right you can see a prominence emergi8ng from just behind the Moon to say nothing of quite a bit of activity around the edge and quite a nice sun spot with the magnetic fields around it also to top right. +Ibbo, Bob Dobber, Bassinghamobservatory and 11 others 14 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Well.........considering the last few eclipses we've had (both Solar & Lunar) it wasn't too bad at all. And actually pretty good mostly. Maybe it was better in the Midlands for this one.
