Impressive!! That's a lot of starlings, I've only ever seen a murmuration (over my house at least) once, amazing sight.

 

Did they all land on your scope cover? 🙂

Brilliant,  it's ages since I've even seen a starling let alone a murmuration. We used to have quite a few around here but sadly they seem to have disappeared over the last 10 years or so. We do seem to have an increase in jackdaws and magpies though, between them and the squirrels the fat balls I put out soon disappear.
